Start using paper cups for drinks instead of Styrofoam that takes decades to decompose in the landfills. Start using paper straws instead of the different sizes of plastic straws that can end up in the ocean. Expedite the food bags and give drinks when they come to the window/door. Stop wasting cardboard carriers for the drinks. Make sure the people taking orders KNOW the menu and can help you decide what to get since you can't see the menu board until you've already paid. This will save time and move the traffic quicker.
OR move the menu boards (or install additional ones) at the beginning of the order area so people can see the menu board before getting to the order taker. Organize your people taking orders and give each person 3 or 4 menus each. The prices are too high because the management and Chick-Fil-A methods are wasteful. How healthy is that?
